Johnna brings over 25 years of financial services industry experience, with a background in sales, marketing, and operations. She understands both the carrier and advisor perspectives, having worked both in the field and corporate home offices. Prior to forming Cohan Insurance Services, Johnna held senior management positions in New Business and Underwriting, National Accounts, and Life Internal Sales with the industry's top life insurance carriers.

She resides in Berlin, Connecticut with her husband Adam, and daughter Haley.
